What you'll do

Maintain high levels of uptime and quality of service for large-scale products.
Define and measure service level objectives (SLOs) and indicators (SLIs).
Improve service resiliency through performance testing, code reviews, and Chaos engineering.
Manage and support globally distributed multi-cloud environments across AWS and Azure.
Automate repetitive tasks at scale to reduce operational toil.
Implement AI/ML techniques for anomaly detection, predictive alerting, and automated root-cause analysis.
Resolve production incidents and author high-quality root cause analysis (RCA) reports.
Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical lead on reliability initiatives.

What we're looking for

BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience; higher degree preferred.
5-7 years of experience in SRE or related field.
Deep understanding of both software engineering and technical operations.
Expertise with container orchestration engines such as Kubernetes (EKS, AKS) and Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes (ECK).
Proficiency in DevOps practices including Scrum, Kanban, Agile, CI/CD, and 12-factor methodology.
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), Linux, Java, Python, Ruby, and various scripting languages.
Hands-on experience with AIOps, AI coding assistants, and managing AI/ML workloads in production.
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card (Permanent Resident) required to support a FedRAMP Moderate environment.
