What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of industry software development experience.
Proven record of delivering highly optimized code in Scala/Java.
Hands-on experience with open-source technologies such as Spark, Hadoop Stack, and Kafka.
Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, OOP principles, clean design, and design patterns.
Experience with Containers and CI/CD systems like Argo CD and GitOps.
Understanding of file formats like Apache Parquet and table formats such as Databricks Delta, Apache Iceberg, or Apache Hudi (preferred).
Experience with CDP and Generative AI is a plus (preferred).
