The Software Development Analyst (Level 2 or Level 3) joins the Business Management Technology organization within the Aeronautics Systems sector. What you'll do

Engage with internal customers to define application and utility requirements.
Communicate complex software engineering and information system concepts to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Support the design, development, test, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise-wide applications.
Maintain and document software utilities in both classified and unclassified network environments.
Develop and debug three-tier web development stacks using .NET, C#, and SQL.
Support applications specifically for Cost and Schedule Management and Financial Planning teams.

What we're looking for

Must have a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance.
Must have U.S. Citizenship.
Must have intermediate understanding of software development concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and Object Oriented Programming.
Must have moderate experience with SQL, .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for three-tier web development.
Must have experience with relational databases and MS SQL Server.
Must have experience with React, Visual Studio, and Agile development (preferred).
Must have experience with Azure DevOps, RESTful APIs, and Python (preferred).
Must have experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and MS Power Apps (preferred).
