What we're looking for
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree plus five years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree.
One year of experience as a Software Engineer, Distributed Software Engineer, or related role.
One year of experience utilizing Java, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Hybrid Search, Reactive Programming, Apache Cassandra, Kubernetes (K8s), and gRPC.
Experience designing architecture diagrams and technical specifications for Astra/Apache Cassandra-related software.
Experience deploying and managing solutions in multi-cloud environments.
Experience engineering core infrastructure for GenAI, including RAG and Hybrid Search.
Experience diagnosing and resolving defects through rigorous debugging, testing, and code review.
