The Software Application Developer joins the team to manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and estimation to deployment. The role requires proficiency in Common Business-Oriented Language (COBOL), Customer Information Control System (CICS), Assembler, DB2, Agile with SCRUM/Sprint, SQL Processor Using File Input (SPUFI), File Manager, and Db2 Admin tool. You will translate customer business needs into technical requirements and design documents.

What you'll do

Perform requirements analysis and provide design and construction estimates for customer requests.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field.
Two years of experience as a Software Developer, Application Developer, or related role.
Two years of experience utilizing COBOL, CICS, Assembler, DB2, Agile with SCRUM/Sprint, SPUFI, File Manager, and Db2 Admin tool.
Experience performing requirements analysis, estimation, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
Experience drafting designs, writing application programming, and developing software modules.
Experience setting up test environments, generating test cases, and performing various tests.
Experience deploying code to test and production environments.
Experience handling maintenance, issue fixing, and resolution management for running applications.
