What you'll do

Lead and conduct performance and systems studies for next-generation SoC products.
Analyze architectural plans by balancing performance, power, and thermal constraints.
Define complex use cases and system requirements for new workloads like Gaming and AI.
Deploy simulators, profilers, and hardware to identify performance bottlenecks.
Provide quantitative justification for architectural changes or tuning based on experimental results.
Apply computer architecture knowledge of CPUs, GPUs, DSPs, and memory technologies to design improvements.
Invent and file patents for technical solutions to relevant engineering problems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in System Engineering or a related field.
Master's or PhD degree is preferred.
7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Experience in computer architecture concepts including CPU, GPU, DSP, interconnects, and shared memory.
Proficiency in C/C++ programming and pragmatic scripting for automation.
Experience using SystemC, event-driven simulators, and performance/power modeling tools.
Familiarity with ARM, Linux, and multimedia or communication technologies like 5G and LTE.
