What you'll do

Lead and conduct performance and systems studies for next-generation SoC products.
Analyze SoC architecture plans by balancing performance, power, and thermal constraints.
Define complex use cases for new workloads such as Gaming and AI.
Deploy simulators, profilers, and hardware to identify and analyze performance bottlenecks.
Provide quantitative justification for architectural changes or system tuning.
Apply computer architecture knowledge of CPUs, GPUs, DSPs, and cache coherency to design solutions.
Invent and file patents on technical solutions to relevant architectural problems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of System Engineering or related work experience.
MS or PHD degree (preferred).
7+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience (preferred).
Industry experience in computer architecture, SoC chipset development, OS principles, or memory technologies (preferred).
Hands-on experience with simulators, performance models, SystemC, and C/C++ programming (preferred).
Proficiency in VLSI design, verification, and pragmatic scripting/automation (preferred).
Familiarity with ARM, Linux, and multimedia or communication technologies (preferred).
