As a SoC Correlation Product Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will develop system level test programs for debug, characterization, qualification, and production of high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip devices. Your daily responsibilities include characterizing multiple test setups, correlating results to ATE, optimizing production screening guardbands, and performing statistical data analysis to drive correlation reviews across various teams. The role requires expertise in system level characterization using functional or virus-like worst case use cases, an understanding of PDN impact on Vmin, and experience with scripting languages such as Python, JMP, or PERL. You will serve as a central point of contact for multiple programs at different stages to ensure successful silicon characterization activities.

What you'll do

Develop system-level test programs for SoC debug, characterization, qualification, and production.
Perform measurements that directly impact the power and performance of next-generation products.
Collaborate with ATE and software teams to develop case tests and benchmarks for production testing.
Characterize multiple test setups and correlate them to ATE systems.
Optimize production screening guardbands for individual systems.
Define characterization plans and perform statistical data analysis on high-volume production data.
Drive correlation and data reviews across cross-functional teams to sign off on silicon activities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience are required.
Experience with system level characterization using functional or virus-like worst case use cases and correlating to ATE (preferred).
Understanding of PDN impact on Vmin, ATE test content, system level test programs, and test hardware (preferred).
Experience working with and driving cross-functional teams (preferred).
Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools for high volume characterization and production data analysis (preferred).
Experience in scripting using Python, JMP, or PERL (preferred).
