As a SoC Correlation Product Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will develop system level test programs for the debug, characterization, qualification, and production of next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip devices. You will perform measurements impacting SoC power and performance while collaborating with multi-functional teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions. Your daily responsibilities include characterizing multiple test setups, correlating results to ATE, optimizing production screening guardbands, and performing statistical data analysis to drive correlation reviews across cross-functional teams. The role requires expertise in system level characterization using functional or virus-like worst case use cases, an understanding of PDN impact on Vmin, and experience with scripting tools such as Python, JMP, and PERL. You will serve as a central point of contact to manage multiple programs at various stages.
