What you'll do

- Provide solution architecture leadership, ensuring compliance with security and governance frameworks in regulated environments.
- Support API integrations, data pipelines, transformations, and orchestration practices to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure EARB and AIRB approvals are obtained and validate solution quality through rigorous testing and control adherence.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align requirements, manage dependencies, and support structured transition to production operations.
What we're looking for
- At least 10 years of experience in technology delivery and solution implementation.
- Expertise in generative AI, large language models, machine learning, and agentic architecture patterns.
- Proficient in intelligent automation and enterprise integration patterns.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong solution architecture capability across AI, data, cloud, and enterprise systems.
- Proven leadership in delivery, prototyping, pilot-to-production execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to balance rapid experimentation with enterprise-grade rigor and ensure solutions are scalable and secure.
