What you'll do

Manage and maintain Skype for Business 2015 and 2019 environments to ensure optimal performance.
Provide 24/7 global operational support and troubleshooting for internal and federated users.
Perform routine monitoring, updates, and patching of the Skype for Business infrastructure.
Develop and execute migration plans to move users and services to Skype for Business Standard Edition.
Implement the migration of all persistent chat rooms with minimal impact to end users.
Identify and apply optimizations to enhance system scalability, efficiency, and quality of service.
Oversee the decommissioning of legacy services and document all migration and configuration steps.
Maintain up-to-date system documentation including architectural diagrams and troubleshooting guides.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a US citizen.
Must hold an 8570 compliant Security+ certificate.
Must have a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
Must have 5+ years of related experience managing Skype for Business environments.
Must have hands-on experience with Skype for Business 2015 and 2019, including installation and configuration.
Must have experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly.
