What you'll do

Test new features within the Splunk Cloud offering.
Develop and update documentation regarding configuration and infrastructure changes.
Execute configuration and infrastructure changes on customer cloud environments.
Lead and resolve customer-related incidents to troubleshoot the SplunkCloud platform.
Develop and maintain automation tools for system operations.
Provide operational and maintenance support for large-scale, distributed systems.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, national, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).
3+ years of Linux experience.
2+ years of experience scripting in Python, Golang, or Bash.
3+ years of experience working on distributed systems.
1+ year of experience participating in incident management.
Willingness to obtain SplunkCloud Architect and either Splunk administration or Power User certifications within two years (preferred).
Experience with Puppet, Jenkins, or PowerShell (preferred).
U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.
