What you'll do

Maintain and support enterprise IT systems including servers, virtual machines, and cloud environments.
Monitor system performance and identify reliability issues within infrastructure.
Develop automation scripts to perform routine administrative tasks and reduce manual work.
Participate in incident response and conduct post-incident analysis.
Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and escalate problems as necessary.
Perform network performance analysis and report findings.
Document system configurations, operational procedures, and reliability metrics.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED is required.
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Must be currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of operating systems including Linux, Unix, Windows, z/OS, and zVM.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
Proficiency in networking fundamentals and cloud platforms like IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD concepts is preferred.
Must be authorized to work without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
