Site Reliability Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy internal products and automations to reduce manual operational effort.
• Build AI-enabled solutions for troubleshooting, summarization, knowledge retrieval, and operational decision support.
• Develop and maintain applications using Python, Angular, SQL, Databricks, and SSIS.
• Integrate applications with enterprise AI gateways and approved model platforms for secure scalability.
• Participate in model selection, evaluation, and basic tuning to align with product requirements.
• Translate operational pain points and support team needs into practical product features and technical solutions.
• Support the deployment, monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement of products in production.
• Identify opportunities for automation, self-service, and intelligent tooling across support and reliability workflows.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, application support engineering, site reliability engineering, or a related technical role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications and automation solutions using Python and SQL.
• 1+ years of experience working with Angular or similar front-end frameworks like React or Vue.
• Experience building and supporting web-based applications, APIs, automation tools, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with data engineering, ETL, or integration technologies including Databricks, SSIS, or comparable platforms.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, version control, and production support.
• Experience building AI-enabled or ML-enabled applications in an enterprise environment (preferred).
