What you'll do

Design and manage distributed systems across cloud and on-premise infrastructure to ensure high availability for identity services.
Develop automation frameworks, internal tooling, and CI/CD pipelines to eliminate manual toil and improve operational efficiency.
Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to monitor and improve system performance and reliability.
Manage incident response by leading technical investigations, conducting post-mortems, and implementing preventive architectural controls.
Build observability stacks using tracing, logging, and metrics to provide clear visibility into system health.
Implement security measures including fraud prevention at the perimeter and ensuring compliance with industry standards like ISO-27001.
Perform capacity planning, disaster recovery, and auto-failover management for large-scale platform services.
Utilize Machine Learning and Generative AI tools to enhance alert engineering and anomaly detection.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering with a focus on large-scale distributed platform services and Java.
Must have a BS degree in computer science (with 7+ years of experience) or an MS degree in computer science (with 5+ years of experience).
Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Java, Go, Bash, or Ansible.
Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
Strong technical grasp of Open Source technologies designed for large-scale data processing.
Experience designing observability stacks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or ELK.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Cybersecurity certification is an added advantage.
