What you'll do

Architect, build, and document highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
Troubleshoot application-specific, network, system, and performance issues.
Build and maintain CI/CD infrastructure to enable fast software delivery cycles.
Develop automation tools to deliver infrastructure services in a repeatable fashion.
Define and analyze non-functional and technical requirements with engineering teams.
Manage Kubernetes deployments using Helm and Ansible.
Monitor system performance using tools like Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience with deploying/managing Kubernetes using Helm.
Experience with Shell Scripting, Python, and Ansible.
Experience in monitoring using Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, and Alertmanager.
Deep understanding of networking protocols including DNS, TCP, and HTTP/HTTPS.
Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience in deploying, monitoring, and supporting Java applications (preferred).
Experience with ArgoCD, GitOps, GenAI tools, and defining operational metrics like MTTR and SLO (preferred).
