This role demands hands-on experience with EFA tools like LIT, FIB, SEM, TDR, VNA, SAM/CSAM, Curve Tracer, Oscilloscope, laser decapsulation, emission microscopy, nano-probing, and EBIRCH, EBAC, EBIC techniques for silicon de-processing.

What you'll do

Perform daily silicon failure analysis for advanced technology nodes.
Develop and maintain CADNAV database for OFI tools including circuit edit FIB/PFIB.

Prepare technical reports summarizing findings from failure analysis.

What we're looking for

BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field with 5+ years of Silicon Failure Analysis experience.
Proficiency in physical and electrical failure analysis at the silicon level.
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor physics and advanced fabrication processes.
Expertise in analog and mixed signal design/debugging techniques.
Strong technical writing and communication skills for reporting findings.
