What you'll do

Manage shift operations including warehouse processes, kitchen tasks, and safety protocols.
Oversee inventory management to ensure assets are properly handled and protected from loss.
Supervise Operations Associates to ensure the team works safely and productively.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for daily operational issues.
Execute accurate customer orders and communicate with customers to resolve problems.
Coordinate smooth handoffs and pickups for delivery drivers.
Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating pallet jacks.
Contribute ideas to improve warehouse quality and the overall customer experience.

What we're looking for

You must be at least 18 years of age.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
A college diploma is preferred.
You must have a proven track record in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
You must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
You must be organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
You must have the ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate.
You must have a flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts at the hiring site.
