What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Conduct thorough technical assessments for corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal audit candidates.
  • Deep understanding of the finance landscape, including GAAP/IFRS standards, financial modeling, and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to manage strategic stakeholder relationships with Finance Leaders and Hiring Managers.
  • Clear communication skills to articulate Anduril's value proposition to top-tier finance talent.
