What you'll do

  • Lead Flight Systems Post-Boost IPT to develop increased customer intimacy with government leadership.
  • Coordinate staffing needs with SDS Engineering FHR organizations to execute IPT activity effectively.
  • Oversee and adjust Post-Boost IPT activities performed by Aerojet and other key suppliers.
  • Interface with Post-Boost Attitude Control Module Production Operations teams in Huntsville and Space Park.
  • Manage Profit & Loss, monitoring earned value metrics and compiling financial reports for strategic planning.
  • Develop growth strategies for Payloads and Protections Sentinel programs to drive profitable revenue growth.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or equivalent experience required
  • 8+ years of related program management experience
  • Active DoD Secret clearance or higher at time of application
  • Proven leadership in building and motivating high-performance teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate matrixed environments
  • Experience with Department of War Government personnel
  • Ability to develop and execute growth strategies for new business opportunities
