What you'll do
Lead and execute the GSI restructure and replan, owning scope, schedule, cost, and deliverables.
Coordinate with sub-IPTs to ensure clear IMS givers/receivers and schedule handoffs are defined and executable.
Validate plan logic and critical path integrity across the integrated master schedule; implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure replan cost targets are met by coordinating cost tradeoffs and tracking impacts to program baseline.
Oversee identification, analysis, and tracking of risks, issues, and opportunities; drive mitigation/realization actions.
Interface with EVM/schedule analysts to ensure alignment between IMS, performance measurement baseline, and reported metrics.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of program management or systems integration experience; STEM degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience as a Program Manager.
Proven ability to manage multi-IPT replan/restructure efforts and resolve complex schedule/cost issues.
Expertise in scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Active U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance with capability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) approval.
Strong communication skills for executive-level briefings and cross-organizational decision-making.
