What you'll do
Manage project schedules and budgets, preparing regular status reports.
Develop ROM documents to support program change requests.
Measure and report software cost and schedule performance.
Provide input into staffing plans for software projects.
Deliver presentations to customers, executive management, and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related project management experience; or master’s degree with 6 years’ experience.
Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret/Special Access Program (TS/SAP) clearances.
At least 6 years leading projects, driving performance against schedule, and achieving requirements as a project lead or cost account manager.
Strong understanding and application of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Experienced in people leadership including performance management, career development, staffing, and merit planning.
Proven ability to work with subcontractors and customers at all levels and manage program reporting.
