Project Manager, IT

What you'll do

• Coordinate departmental and cross-functional teams to assign and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Run the team's Agile cadence including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Own backlog hygiene and work intake, ensuring clear acceptance criteria for all stories and tasks.
• Track team commitments and execution, surfacing slipping work early and helping remove blockers.
• Maintain operational dashboards to provide leadership and stakeholders with self-service status updates.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of project management or related work experience.
• Practical fluency in Scrum events, artifacts, and roles; ability to run effective ceremonies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or equivalent tools.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, translating technical activity for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage operational coordination, including intake triage and dependency tracking.
