Cybersecurity Systems Test Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Configure and set up cybersecurity tools including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security systems.
• Support system-level hardware in the loop testing and cyber vulnerability testing for system effects.
• Define processes and scope of work for cyber vulnerability testing with customers and internal teams.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed hardware and software specifications through functional and trade studies.
• Oversee the verification and validation testing of technical requirements.
• Manage team performance regarding cost, schedule, and earned value metrics.
• Develop and maintain the team's Integrated Master Schedule to track project progress.
• Present complex technical concepts and project updates to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 8 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at the time of application.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret Security Clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) approval.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• Demonstrated experience interfacing with cross-disciplined teams to accomplish projects or major tasks.
• Proven ability to develop and execute plans with a team while managing cost and schedule from an earned value perspective.
• Experience communicating complex technical subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences, including direct customer interaction.
• Technical knowledge of cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security systems.
