The Senior/Staff RBAC Discovery & Solutions Integration Specialist joins the Identity and Access Governance Team to drive the identification, design, and implementation of global access control solutions. This role involves leading the onboarding of new applications, integrating Role Based Access Control into business processes, and supporting a Zero Trust strategy. You will assess systems, data repositories, and authorization models to identify security gaps and strengthen least-privilege access. Key responsibilities include analyzing sensitive data exposure and designing solutions to integrate into the security framework. Required expertise includes Identity and Access Management, RBAC, and SailPoint. You must possess hands-on experience with directory services like AD, LDAP, and Entra ID, as well as data platforms like GCP and Snowflake. Proficiency in Excel, AI-powered tools, and data-driven reporting is essential.
Design and implement global access control solutions across applications, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
Lead the onboarding of new applications and data access capabilities into the RBAC framework.
Identify and drive access control improvements to support least-privilege access and protect intellectual property.
Discover, assess, and document applications, systems, data repositories, and access control models across the organization.
Analyze systems for RBAC readiness, including security design opportunities and existing access control gaps.
Integrate AI-powered tools and new technologies to improve analysis, research, and operational efficiency.
Lead special projects to expand RBAC coverage and access governance across the enterprise.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience.
Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and IAM platforms/integrations.
Hands-on experience with directory services (AD, LDAP, Entra ID, Unix LDAP) and data platforms (GCP, Snowflake).
Experience with governance of structured and unstructured data sources.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing complex systems, large datasets, and data-driven reporting using Excel and AI-powered tools.
SailPoint experience (preferred).
Experience with configurable security setups in tools like SharePoint, Tableau, Confluence, PowerBI, or similar platforms (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as CIMP, CISM, CISSP or similar (preferred).
