Senior Staff RBAC Discovery & Solutions Integration Specialist

What you'll do

• Design and implement global access control solutions across applications, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Lead the onboarding of new applications and integrate Role-Based Access Control into business processes.
• Identify and drive improvements to strengthen security and enforce least-privilege access models.
• Discover, assess, and document applications, systems, and data repositories used across the organization.
• Analyze system configurations for RBAC readiness, identifying security design opportunities and access control gaps.
• Integrate AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve analysis and operational efficiency.
• Lead special projects to expand RBAC coverage and access governance across the enterprise.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and IAM platforms/integrations.
• Hands-on experience with directory services (AD, LDAP, Entra ID, Unix LDAP) and data platforms (GCP, Snowflake).
• Advanced analytical skills to manage complex systems, large datasets, and data-driven reporting using Excel and AI tools.
• Experience with SailPoint is preferred.
• Experience with configurable security setups in tools like SharePoint, Tableau, Confluence, or PowerBI is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CIMP, CISM, CISSP, or similar are a plus.
