Senior/Staff Product Owner, SMART MFG & AI

What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven Smart Manufacturing solutions to improve product yield and quality.
• Partner with multi-functional engineering teams to identify and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define requirements and deliver end-to-end projects.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements.
• Develop business cases including value quantification, ROI analysis, and success metrics for proposed solutions.
• Manage Agile product development processes including sprint planning, backlog management, and project tracking.
• Define and track measurable success metrics such as adoption, productivity, and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor industry experience, preferably in assembly, test, product engineering, or quality/reliability functions.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable specifications for technical development teams.
• Experience managing Agile product development processes, including user stories, sprint planning, and backlog management using Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to analyze domain-specific data and work with multi-functional teams to identify business and technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor product, probe, assembly, and test manufacturing flows for DRAM, NAND, and HBM technologies (preferred).
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Smart Manufacturing, or advanced analytics initiatives (preferred).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, machine learning operations, and data flow management concepts (preferred).
