What you'll do

Lead the identification of requirements, resource needs, and execution plans for water and wastewater infrastructure across multiple projects.
Resolve complex program issues by assessing scenarios, selecting optimal execution plans, and simplifying processes to reduce cycle time.
Conduct comprehensive due diligence to identify risks regarding schedule, permitting, capacity, and compliance during design and construction.
Develop integrated delivery strategies by partnering with internal teams in land development, design, construction, and operations.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to prevent or resolve delays caused by water or wastewater constraints.
Represent the company in meetings with regulatory agencies, utilities, and government officials to secure timely approvals.
Manage strategic relationships as the primary point of contact for all water and wastewater approval discussions.
Develop and improve program tools, processes, and metrics to enhance predictability and execution performance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
Verification of United States citizenship is required due to legal restrictions and government customer requirements.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
10+ years of experience in environmental or civil engineering is preferred.
7+ years of experience in water and wastewater project planning, infrastructure permitting, and industrial water quality chemistry.
5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects, delivery schedules, and stakeholder relationships.
Experience with datacenter development, large industrial projects, and industrial wastewater discharge permitting programs is preferred.
