What you'll do

  • Lead the identification of requirements, resource needs, and execution plans for water and wastewater infrastructure across multiple projects.
  • Resolve complex program issues by assessing scenarios, selecting optimal execution plans, and simplifying processes to reduce cycle time.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence to identify risks regarding schedule, permitting, capacity, and compliance during design and construction.
  • Develop integrated delivery strategies by partnering with internal teams in land development, design, construction, and operations.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to prevent or resolve delays caused by water or wastewater constraints.
  • Represent the company in meetings with regulatory agencies, utilities, and government officials to secure timely approvals.
  • Manage strategic relationships as the primary point of contact for all water and wastewater approval discussions.
  • Develop and improve program tools, processes, and metrics to enhance predictability and execution performance.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Verification of United States citizenship is required due to legal restrictions and government customer requirements.
  • Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
  • 10+ years of experience in environmental or civil engineering is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in water and wastewater project planning, infrastructure permitting, and industrial water quality chemistry.
  • 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects, delivery schedules, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with datacenter development, large industrial projects, and industrial wastewater discharge permitting programs is preferred.
