Senior Underwriter, Cyber

What you'll do

• Underwrite new and renewal cyber business according to guidelines and profitability goals.
• Evaluate policyholders and risks through research on exposures, controls, and industry factors.
• Negotiate pricing, coverage, and terms with brokers for responsible and profitable growth.
• Monitor portfolio performance, exposure, and capacity, making informed decisions based on trends.
• Collaborate with Security Engineers to assess cyber and technology E&O risks effectively.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of cyber insurance underwriting experience, preferably in the Nordic market.
• Proven ability to underwrite profitable new and renewal business efficiently.
• Strong relationships with brokers and established credibility in the Nordic insurance market.
• Excellent analytical skills and sound technical underwriting judgment.
• Fluency in Swedish/Danish and English required; additional Nordic language proficiency beneficial.
• Self-motivated, proactive approach with a focus on dynamic growth environments.
