What you'll do

Serve as central intake point for cybersecurity service requests and issues.
Classify, prioritize, and route incoming requests through approved channels.
Provide Tier 1 support by directing users to appropriate cybersecurity resources.
Perform quick-turn activities like document fixes and content updates.
Escalate incomplete or unclear requests to the right service owner or team.

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of relevant cybersecurity or IT experience.
Current IAM Level I certification (e.g., Security+).
Experience with maintaining and updating user-facing documentation.
Knowledge of RMF, DAAPM, JSIG, NISPOM, and other compliance standards.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a support environment.
Familiarity with cybersecurity service delivery and operational support frameworks.
Experience supporting Assessment & Authorization or RMF lifecycle activities.
