Experience in cyber insurance pricing and working with external regulators would be advantageous.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of reinsurance pricing frameworks and actuarial models.
  • Independently structure and price complex reinsurance treaties, optimizing risk and return.
  • Drive portfolio profitability reviews with actionable underwriting recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain pricing risk governance controls as a subject matter expert.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Straddle multiple disciplines to shape data-driven solutions in reinsurance.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in insurance pricing, including at least 4 years in reinsurance.
  • ACAS or FCAS certification required.
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and develop actuarial models.
  • Strong understanding of actuarial pricing and reinsurance treaty structures.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines consistently.
