Senior Technical Writer

What you'll do

• Own the API documentation, including reference guides, developer tutorials, and guides.
• Establish the voice, tone, and style standards for all technical documentation.
• Build and refine AI workflows to draft, review, and sync documentation with the API.
• Structure documentation architecture to ensure it scales alongside product growth.
• Develop a deep understanding of card issuing, acquiring, and money movement processes.
• Define and monitor metrics to measure documentation quality and inform future improvements.
• Write valid requests against GraphQL schemas and REST/OpenAPI specifications.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience across technical documentation and software as a writer, docs engineer, or engineer.
• Experience with docs-as-code using Markdown or MDX in a static site generator versioned in git.
• Ability to work with engineering workflows including branches, pull requests, and CI.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining AI-backed documentation tooling for generation, review, or drift checks.
• Ability to read an API schema and write valid requests against it, specifically for GraphQL and REST/OpenAPI.
• Strong writing skills tailored for a developer audience.
• Scripting in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python (preferred).
• Experience in fintech, payments, or card-issuing (preferred).
