Senior Technical Sourcer

What you'll do

• Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for technical roles across engineering, infrastructure, data science, AI/ML, and security.
• Conduct deep talent research including market mapping, competitor teardowns, and mining open-source communities to find passive candidates.
• Write personalized outreach messages based on candidate work to secure responses from high-level technical talent.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent searches while maintaining precise data hygiene and tracking funnel metrics.
• Translate research into actionable intelligence regarding talent density and competitor activity to shape hiring strategies.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through inclusive research methods and tailored outreach.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate role requirements based on market availability.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company.
• Mastery of sourcing tools including boolean/x-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and ATS workflows.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-urgency technical searches simultaneously with precision.
• Genuine fluency in technical skill sets such as AI/ML, data science, distributed systems, or security engineering.
• Track record of sourcing for at least one hard-to-fill domain like AI/ML, data infrastructure, or security (preferred).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to create personalized outreach that engages senior engineers.
• Data discipline using funnel metrics and meticulous attention to detail regarding ATS hygiene.
• Experience in fintech, producing talent intelligence for leadership, or building sourcing playbooks (preferred).
