What you'll do

Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for technical roles in Software Engineering and Data Science.
Conduct advanced talent research including market mapping, open-source community research, and boolean/x-ray searches.
Write personalized outreach messages to engage candidates and improve response rates.
Manage high-volume pipelines across multiple teams while maintaining accurate ATS data hygiene.
Convert research into actionable intelligence regarding talent density and competitive hiring insights.
Build diverse candidate pipelines through inclusive sourcing methods and broad research.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate role requirements based on market availability.
Track and report funnel metrics to optimize search efforts and strategy.

What we're looking for

3+ years of technical sourcing experience in a high-growth technology company.
Proficiency in boolean and x-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other technical community tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume, high-urgency technical searches simultaneously with precision.
Genuine fluency in technical skill sets to evaluate job specs, GitHub profiles, and research papers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting personalized outreach to senior engineers.
Data discipline using funnel metrics and meticulous attention to detail for ATS hygiene.
Experience sourcing in fintech, financial services, or other regulated environments (preferred).
Experience producing talent intelligence, building playbooks, or sourcing for distributed teams (preferred).
