The Senior Technical Project Manager leads enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives, overseeing large-scale server upgrades, operating system refreshes, migration programs, and technology lifecycle projects. Lead enterprise-wide infrastructure modernization programs including server lifecycle management, operating system upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, and reporting for multiple concurrent projects.
Establish governance frameworks, project controls, success metrics, and implementation standards for infrastructure transformations.
Coordinate technical activities such as server migration, cloning, and automated mobility solutions using approved platforms.
Develop migration strategies, cutover plans, rollback procedures, and implementation schedules with engineering teams.
Oversee application dependency validation, infrastructure testing, and business readiness reviews before production deployment.
Ensure all migration activities align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for project governance, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance activities.
What we're looking for
Must have 8+ years of experience in technical project management, program delivery, or delivery management for complex technology initiatives.
Must have 7+ years of experience in IT operations and incident management.
Must have 5+ years of experience with monitoring and alerting tools including Splunk, Dynatrace, and Moogsoft.
Must have 5+ years of experience with the ITIL framework and production support best practices.
Must have 5+ years of experience with enterprise communication tools and 1+ year of current Fiserv systems experience.
Must have experience coordinating server upgrade, migration, operating system refresh, or infrastructure transformation initiatives.
Must possess a 4-year college degree and 6 years of experience in the field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
