What you'll do

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of orbital programs and space system development contracts.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and technical requirements to satisfy contract obligations.

  • Develop and communicate sprint plans, execution milestones, and project roadmaps for both internal and external partners.
  • Build trust-based partnerships with customers to identify future opportunities and meet commercial growth targets.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience managing spacecraft or space subsystem teams.
  • Demonstrated experience executing engineering or program management for space hardware, payloads, subsystems, or satellites.
  • Strong understanding of space systems engineering, environmental considerations, and requirements verification and validation.
  • Experience with the deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems for national security space systems.
  • Experience building and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Prior engineering work on space systems (preferred).
