Senior Technical Program Manager, Lattice Simulation

What you'll do

• Own cross-team engineering programs from initial definition through testing and final delivery.
• Convert team roadmaps into trackable near-term plans for leadership visibility.
• Manage the group's operating cadence, including all-hands meetings and cross-team initiatives.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers while holding senior engineers accountable to project timelines.
• Define and implement processes for planning, tracking, and shipping work across the organization.
• Communicate delivery status to stakeholders by surfacing risks and escalating necessary trade-offs early.
• Analyze system dependencies and technical risks to ensure predictable product delivery.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of five years as a TPM in a fast-paced software development environment.
• Hands-on software or engineering background sufficient to read architecture docs and challenge senior engineers on technical tradeoffs.
• Strong project management experience for software development with command of multiple methodologies.
• Track record of owning cross-functional engineering efforts and holding senior staff accountable on technical grounds.
• Experience establishing delivery and tracking processes in organizations with little existing structure.
• Strong analytical skills using data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience (preferred).
• Background in modeling/simulation, software products, infrastructure, or autonomous systems (preferred).
