What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end technical program management for complex fintech products from initial requirements through post-launch stabilization.
  • Translate product roadmaps into actionable project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and release schedules for engineering teams.
  • Manage technical risks by identifying blockers early and developing mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with QA teams to define testing strategies, manage defect prioritization, and establish launch readiness criteria.
  • Oversee production launch execution, including go/no-go processes, launch-day coordination, and escalation management.
  • Manage partnerships and integrations with external financial institutions, payment networks, and technology providers.
  • Align cross-functional teams across Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure full business readiness for new features.
  • Maintain project artifacts such as RAID logs, decision logs, and executive-level status reports.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, product operations, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs from requirements through production launch.
  • Experience managing programs involving multiple systems, technical dependencies, APIs, integrations, or external technology partners.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience driving QA, UAT, defect management, and release readiness.
  • Ability to translate technical architecture and engineering discussions into program dependencies, risks, and execution plans.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services technology (preferred); PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications are a plus (preferred).
