Technical Program Manager, Cloud Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Define and communicate storage and network requirements to Cloud Service Providers and NVIDIA Cloud Providers.
• Drive alignment on capacity blocks and product roadmaps based on specific workload needs.
• Gather technical requirements and manage the Product Lifecycle process for cloud infrastructure programs.
• Manage ongoing capacity operations and engineering engagements with external partners to ensure high availability.
• Partner with internal teams to optimize infrastructure readiness for GPU compute, storage, and networking.
• Use Jira and other platforms to manage engineering deliverables and instill project rigor.
• Identify and onboard third-party or in-house solutions for security, compliance, and observability.
• Establish KPIs to quantitatively demonstrate the value and impact of infrastructure programs.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of technical program management experience driving large-scale cloud infrastructure programs with outside organizations.
• Extensive hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, preferably from working at a major Cloud Service Provider (CSP) (preferred).
• Domain knowledge in the bring-up and end-to-end operations of compute, storage, and GPU hardware and software.
• Expert-level proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, or similar program management tools to guide engineering teams.
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding strategic and tactical thinking abilities with the capacity to build consensus and drive program success.
• Excellent communication and technical presentation skills, particularly for executive audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of NVIDIA GPU products, cloud technologies like Kubernetes and Terraform, and AI/ML infrastructure (preferred).
