Must have experience as a former engineer who has shipped software end-to-end from design to deployment.
Must possess deep technical acumen in modern front-end platforms, design systems, CI/CD, and observability.
Must have direct, hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools like Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or Stitch by Google.
Must be able to clearly articulate priorities, strategies, and tradeoffs to both engineering teams and executive leadership.
Must be able to navigate ambiguity and translate broad mandates into clear technical requirements and sequenced programs.
Must have a design/UX sensibility to wireframe and reason about user experience confidently.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
