What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end technical roadmap for the Travel Core Platform including component libraries, AI enablement, and deployment systems.
  • Drive the centralization of a shared component library to ensure consistent production experiences across all travel funnels.
  • Lead the development of AI-driven features by establishing design-to-code mapping and automated CI guardrails.
  • Modernize infrastructure for testing, deployment, and observability including automated regression tests and proactive monitoring.
  • Prototype and validate technical concepts using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Stitch.
  • Participate in architecture reviews as a technical peer to evaluate trade-offs and dependencies.
  • Manage the operating cadence by running stakeholder reviews, maintaining the platform placemat, and creating developer onboarding guides.
  • Translate ambiguous business goals into clear technical requirements and actionable project sequences for engineering teams.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, business, marketing, or any degree with at least 4 years of product management experience.
  • Must be a former engineer who has shipped software end-to-end from design to deployment.
  • Must possess deep technical acumen and credibility in architectural discussions regarding front-end platforms, design systems, CI/CD, and observability.
  • Must have hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools like Claude Code or similar platforms to prototype and validate ideas.
  • Must be able to translate complex business strategies into clear technical requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguous mandates in a multi-team environment.
  • Must possess a design/UX sensibility to wireframe and reason about user experience with confidence.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with both engineering teams and executive leadership.
