What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, business, marketing, or any degree with at least 4 years of product management experience.
Must be a former engineer who has shipped software end-to-end from design to deployment.
Must possess deep technical acumen and credibility in architectural discussions regarding front-end platforms, design systems, CI/CD, and observability.
Must have hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools like Claude Code or similar platforms to prototype and validate ideas.
Must be able to translate complex business strategies into clear technical requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
Must demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguous mandates in a multi-team environment.
Must possess a design/UX sensibility to wireframe and reason about user experience with confidence.
Must be able to communicate effectively with both engineering teams and executive leadership.
