The Senior Technical Marketing Engineering Leader joins a specialized team focused on the AI Cloud Infrastructure market. This role serves as the primary technical authority for the AI infrastructure platform, bridging engineering development and customer deployment. You will design reference architectures, maintain validated deployment patterns, and operate full-stack lab environments to validate Day 0, Day 1, and Day 2 workflows. Key responsibilities include identifying product gaps, producing white papers and demonstration videos, and representing technical strategy in executive briefings. Required skills include experience with Kubernetes clusters, infrastructure automation using Python, Go, Terraform, or Ansible, and AI/ML infrastructure management for GPU clusters. You will solve complex data center challenges by integrating compute, networking, storage, and security into cohesive, automated platforms for enterprise-grade AI workloads.
Design and maintain reference architectures and validated deployment patterns for AI-driven cloud infrastructure.
Operate full-stack lab environments to validate Day 0, Day 1, and Day 2 workflows.
Identify product gaps and define technical readiness criteria by collaborating with engineering and product management.
Produce technical assets including white papers, deployment guides, demonstration videos, and workshops.
Represent the product and technical strategy in customer workshops, executive briefings, and industry forums.
Translate field feedback and adoption blockers into actionable technical requirements for the product roadmap.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering + 12 years of professional experience, or a Master’s degree + 8 years of professional experience.
Experience in technical marketing, solutions architecture, systems engineering, or platform/site reliability engineering.
Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters in production or production-like environments, including container orchestration, networking, and storage integrations.
Experience developing infrastructure automation using scripting languages like Python or Go, or infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Experience creating and delivering technical presentations or documentation, such as white papers, deployment guides, or architectural design reviews, for technical audiences.
Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, specifically managing GPU clusters, model training pipelines, or AI-workload placement within Kubernetes.
Technical knowledge of high-performance networking technologies including RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCE), lossless Ethernet, or low-latency data center fabrics (preferred).
Experience with public or private cloud platform services, including multi-tenancy, identity and access management, and observability frameworks (preferred).
