Cybersecurity Identity Architect

What you'll do

• Design and architect scalable IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, identity federation, and privileged access management.
• Develop and maintain identity architecture blueprints, technical standards, and long-term roadmaps.
• Translate security requirements into technical designs and authorization mappings for business and compliance teams.
• Lead technical evaluations of IAM tools and oversee their integration into the enterprise ecosystem.
• Ensure all identity solutions align with zero trust principles and global regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership for incident response and identity-related threat mitigation activities.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies like passwordless authentication and AI-driven access decisions.
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the IAM program.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ten years of experience in enterprise identity management in private, public, government, or military environments.
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) (preferred).
• CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (preferred).
• Deep understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and Kerberos (preferred).
• Experience with IAM platforms like Azure AD/Entra, Saviynt, or CyberArk (preferred).
• Experience in multi-national environments, manufacturing IT/OT systems, or integrating identity into larger cybersecurity workflows (preferred).
