What you'll do

Design, develop, and test high-performance C++ software for ultra-low-latency streaming.
Build and improve media streaming pipelines using WebRTC, GStreamer, and RTP/RTCP protocols.
Analyze performance metrics across servers, networks, and media pipelines to optimize GPU and CPU utilization.
Define and implement KPIs for streaming quality and overall user experience.
Optimize software and algorithms to reduce latency for cloud gaming and physical AI applications.
Debug and troubleshoot performance-critical code in Windows and Linux environments.

What we're looking for

Master degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of proven experience in C++ software development, optimization, testing, and debugging.
Deep knowledge of operating systems, multi-threading, socket programming, and performance-critical programming in Windows and Linux.
Good understanding of low-latency transport protocols such as WebRTC or QUIC.
In-depth knowledge of WebRTC architecture, peer connection lifecycle, ICE handshake, and real-time protocols (preferred).
Knowledge of video codecs including H.264, H.265, AV1, color spaces, or hardware-accelerated encode/decode (preferred).
Experience with automotive software, telematics, connected vehicle platforms, infotainment, or car connectivity (preferred).
Experience with QNX, QNX Safety, Linux, or embedded operating systems for safety-critical platforms (preferred).
