What you'll do

Design and develop system software modules to manage and provision server, storage, networking, and GPU subsystems.
Develop tools and software layers to automate hardware provisioning and onboarding for large-scale fleets.
Perform cross-layer debugging across kernel/user space, firmware interfaces, and hardware signals to identify root causes.
Monitor and tune performance, capacity, and error budgets while implementing observability and guardrails for services.
Enhance automation for fleet operations by improving CI/CD pipelines, validation, and conformance testing.
Participate in schematic and board reviews to identify potential firmware and software implications.
Support hardware bring-up through targeted diagnostics and collaboration with silicon and board vendors.
Implement secure coding practices and performance optimization strategies to ensure system reliability and scalability.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in systems software engineering.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience designing and developing system software for managing server, storage, networking, and GPU subsystems is required.
Ability to perform cross-layer debugging across kernel/user space, firmware interfaces, and hardware signals.
Experience with automated hardware provisioning, onboarding, and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
Proficiency in implementing secure coding practices and performance optimization strategies.
Ability to collaborate on platform bring-up, firmware updates, and hardware lifecycle operations.
Capability to manage complex API versioning, lifecycle, and interoperability strategies.
