What you'll do

Design and implement features using Golang, TypeScript, and SQL.
Build and operate production services on Cloudflare Workers and Kubernetes.
Manage the data foundation including Query Engines, Workflows, and internal APIs.
Own projects end-to-end from design and schema changes to deployment and monitoring.
Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident resolution with postmortem reporting.
Integrate AI tools extensively into development, debugging, and operational workflows.
Translate complex business problems from Sales and Marketing into functional software products.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives including capacity planning and API contracts.

What we're looking for

Must have over 10 years of software engineering experience leading complex, organization-wide data initiatives.
Must possess deep expertise in building distributed systems and production infrastructure at scale.
Must be proficient in Golang and have a strong working knowledge of TypeScript.
Must have advanced analytical SQL skills and experience with complex data modeling across thousands of tables.
Must be able to design, implement, and monitor features using Cloudflare Workers and Kubernetes.
Must be capable of navigating ambiguous problem spaces and driving projects autonomously from conception to adoption.
Must be willing to use AI tools extensively as a core part of the development and operational workflow.
Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
