What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience as a Senior Systems Engineer providing production support in the financial services or banking domain.
Master's degree in a relevant field and experience as a Senior Systems Engineer providing production support in the financial services or banking domain.
Demonstrated expertise in providing production support for large scale enterprise applications on AWS Cloud using Cloudwatch, Datadog, or Splunk.
Expertise in managing incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL standards within ServiceNow.
Experience supporting batch cycles, ETL processes, and event-driven data movements using Autosys, Kafka, Snowflake, Oracle SQL, and Informatica.
Experience performing infrastructure upgrades, certificate renewals, and deployments in AWS Linux and Windows environments using Jenkins and Venafi.
Proficiency in implementing and tuning monitors, alerts, and synthetic tests for services and API calls in an AWS environment.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools including Concourse, Jenkins, and Udeploy to promote code into production.
