What you'll do

Enable UAS command and control capabilities through resilient network design.
Derive system, subsystem, and component level requirements for unmanned aerial systems.
Design, develop, and maintain system components that meet functional and performance requirements.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software reliability in distributed systems.
Integrate hardware and software components in coordination with engineers and product managers.
Define and document software engineering processes to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
Manage the full product lifecycle including development, production, and sustainment.

What we're looking for

Must hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.
8+ years of experience as a network engineer performing complex engineering tasks.
Expert level knowledge of multicast protocols (IGMP & PIM) and unicast protocols (OSPF & BGP).
Experience with end-to-end testing of unicast and multicast data flows, including Quality of Service and CBWFQ.
Advanced knowledge of Linux-based operating systems.
Hands-on experience with networking design and operation of communications systems for LOS and BLOS.
Proficiency in test script development using common languages like Python or Matlab.
Familiarity with End to End RF Integration with UAS and hands-on experience with tactical radios (preferred).
