What you'll do

Define requirements and system architecture for end-to-end solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Integrate hardware and software components by working closely with hardware engineers and product managers.
Define and document software engineering processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Perform hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and building of complex robotic systems.
Develop automated test scripts and frameworks using languages such as Python or MATLAB.

What we're looking for

12+ years of industry experience in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or systems engineering.
Proficiency with systems modeling tools such as Cameo.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and operating in an Agile development environment.
Experience developing automated test scripts and frameworks using common languages like Python or MATLAB.
Hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and build experience of complex robotic systems (preferred).
Familiarity with IP-based networks (preferred).
Experience with mission systems including communications systems and components (preferred).
Familiarity with aviation airworthiness considerations (preferred).
Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance; existing Secret clearance or higher is preferred.
