What you'll do

Lead software integration to streamline embedded development for autonomous vehicle solution products.
Architect and develop platform software, tools, and filesystem customizations across multiple OS environments.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and schedules to ensure production release timelines are met.
Debug software issues from the application level down to the kernel level on embedded hardware.
Productize workflows for platform integration through regular engagement with customer teams.
Enable automated workflows for development, sanity testing, car validation, and software release deliveries.
Identify and implement build and packaging infrastructure requirements for autonomous vehicle development.
Develop automated tests to accelerate the development cycle for autonomous vehicle software.

What we're looking for

BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience working on software development for autonomous vehicles.
Proficient debugging skills from application to kernel level on embedded hardware.
Proven expertise in embedded systems, architecture design, and SW/HW cross-domain knowledge.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams.
Experience with Linux and QNX filesystems, and QNX RTOS (preferred).
Background in automotive ECU software integration or prior experience in the automotive field (preferred).
Familiarity with the Bazel build system (preferred).
