What you'll do

Define robust embedded software architectures for next-generation Switch platforms optimized for AI/ML workloads.
Develop and improve networking platforms by exploring protocols, hardware/software capabilities, and open-source drivers.
Lead R&D and Validation teams by providing technical guidelines and reviewing build and test plans.
Drive innovation through Proof-of-Concept developments, patents, white papers, and active participation in industry forums.
Represent the company in open-source projects, technical conferences, and standard development organizations.
Lead technical engagements with key customers in groundbreaking edge-technology fields.
Identify and evaluate new innovations, initiatives, and software partners aligned with technology roadmaps.

What we're looking for

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Experience in embedded networking software development.
5+ years of experience as a Software Architect accountable for major modules.
Expert-level knowledge of Ethernet/IP, network topologies, and networking features across data center, telco, or edge networks.
Strong foundation in embedded software development and operating system fundamentals.
Proven track record of researching and integrating new technologies into practical applications.
Clear verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to build consensus across large organizations.
Wide knowledge in Switch ASIC hardware, Software Development Kit (SDK), and Network operating systems (preferred).
