What you'll do

Architect Anduril's ILS/IPS digital toolchain for efficient workflow automation.
Define and manage the authoritative Logistics Product Data environment for unified data models.
Identify AI applications to accelerate sustainment analysis cycles within the toolchain.
Build integrations that automatically propagate BOM changes through sustainment artifacts.
Lead transition from legacy point-tools to an integrated sustainment toolchain environment.
Drive feedback loops between field/depot operational data and sustainment planning models.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in sustainment engineering or ILS roles within defense/aerospace.
Deep hands-on experience with Logistics Support Analysis, including FMECA and RCM.
Proficiency in managing Logistics Product Data using S-Series ILS framework and GEIA-STD-0007.
Python scripting skills for data connectors and automation in sustainment workflows.
Systems-level expertise in integrating PLM/ERP systems with sustainment data architecture.
Secret security clearance required.
