What you'll do

Architect an automation-first ILS/IPS digital toolchain to streamline sustainment workflows into repeatable processes.
Define and manage a unified Logistics Product Data environment as the single source of truth for all programs.
Identify and integrate AI and automation capabilities to accelerate sustainment analysis cycles.
Build automated integrations to propagate BOM changes, ECOs, and design decisions through sustainment artifacts.
Lead the transition from legacy point-tools to an integrated, modern sustainment toolchain architecture.
Establish feedback loops between field operational data and planning models to refine maintenance estimates.
Represent sustainment data architecture in enterprise PLM/ERP governance and cross-functional infrastructure decisions.

What we're looking for

Must have 7+ years of experience in sustainment engineering, logistics engineering, or ILS roles within defense or aerospace.
Must have practitioner experience building FMECA, RCM, LORA, maintenance task analysis, or provisioning data.
Must be able to manage Logistics Product Data according to S-Series ILS framework and GEIA-STD-0007 standards.
Must possess proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for building data connectors and automation.
Must demonstrate systems-level thinking regarding data models and architecture across tools and organizations.
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems, specifically Teamcenter, is required.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science/Information Systems is preferred.
